Executive Chef Jack Yoss, one of Portland's captivating young chefs, executes his own unique version of "farm-to-table seasonal American cuisine," working with local farmers and artisianal ingredients from Oregon and beyond.

Directions
The restaurant is located at 1001 NW Couch Street on the corner of NW 10th Avenue in Portland's Pearl District, conveniently located along the Portland Streetcar line.
Valet parking is available or if you prefer, find parking in the Brewery Blocks Underground lot. Enter on NW 12th or 13th between Couch and Davis. The lot has over 1,300 spaces on three levels.

The Chef
Executive Chef Jack Yoss’ menu focuses on farm-to-table, seasonal American cuisine using local, artisanal ingredients. As executive chef, Yoss is responsible for creating the menu at Ten 01.
Prior to joining Ten 01, Yoss was the executive chef at the W Hotel in Los Angeles, Calif., where he was responsible for all food and beverage operations for the 258-room hotel, including NINE THIRTY, The Backyard, and room service. His duties included creating and implementing menus for all hotel venues and events. Previously, Yoss worked with Mitchell Rosenthal at the renowned Wolfgang Puck restaurant, Postrio, located in San Francisco, Calif. Yoss’ greatest influence came from the time he spent at Postrio, where he began to create a name for himself under Rosenthal’s tutelage. It was during this time that Yoss was nominated by world-renowned Chef Jacques Pepin for Food & Wine’s “Best New Chefs in America.” Throughout a total of 8 years at Postrio, he became their first Chef de Cuisine. Yoss has also held positions at Deep Creek Fishing Club in Ninilchik, Ala., and Chinois and Nero’s at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, Nev.
In 2006, Yoss and NINE THIRTY hosted a successful Friends of James Beard Benefit dinner for the James Beard Foundation’s education program. His mentors include French chef Jacques Pepin, Mitchell and Stephen Rosenthal, and Wolfgang Puck, whose unique style, dedication to each guest and open-kitchen concept still resonate with Yoss today.

Private Dining | Information
Located on the mezzanine our elegantly appointed private dining room is a lovely location for a gathering of business associates or friends. The room is available Monday through Saturday and can comfortably accommodate up to 30 guests.
We'd be delighted to work with you to craft a food and beverage menu that meets all the needs of your special evening.
If yours is a gathering of 50–80 guests, exclusive use of the mezzanine level is also available.
